After the snow melted, I went out to check the garden and, to my surprise, found fresh rosemary growing there.
It seems that some seeds I casually scattered last spring managed to take root and even grow beneath the snow.
Now I’m thinking about how to use it.
Maybe homemade bread or focaccia?
Herb chicken sounds delicious, but it might also be great simmered with fish and tomatoes.
I wonder what other dishes it could work with—if you have any tasty ideas, I’d love to hear them!
That said, this is the main goal (lol):
I urgently need some meat.
