Last night, my wife stayed up late baking cookies, so today I’m happily enjoying them with my coffee.
And no—before anyone asks—we have zero plans to start selling cookies or open a café 😂
Given the balance with my main work, running a small roastery focused on online sales is just right for me.
That said, in the realm of daydreams, the idea of a little coffee stand with takeout pastries isn’t completely off the table.
Realistically though, even with all my family bias, we’re only talking “good enough to sell” if we actually ran proper cost calculations… which, of course, I never do, since profitability isn’t exactly my strong suit.
