Kuroneko Blend is the usual one for the additional order.
We achieved a consistently good roast again this time.
The real highlight is this experimental blend.
The idea behind it was a reckless one: “let’s try to get close to the flavor of Panama Geisha.” The thought was simply, “Geisha is fantastic, but it’s not really suited for everyday drinking—so why not create a substitute?”
To put it bluntly, you could call it a budget version of Panama Geisha, and I think I’ve managed to capture something in that direction.
(If it costs only a quarter of the price, that’s a total win 🤣)
More than anything though, I’m enjoying the experiment itself—and that, of course, is priceless!
